Stock Availability & Restock

At KLO, we curate only the most loved and award winning products, which means they can sell out quickly. If an item is out of stock:

  • Restocking Process: We source products from various cities across Korea and restock sold out items every weekend.

  • Stay Informed: Click "Notify Me” on the product page to receive an email as soon as it's back in stock.

  • Limited Quantities: Due to high demand, restocks may sell out fast. We recommend acting promptly once notified.

Order Process

Important Note: All orders placed after 1.00 PM NZST on Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday morning.

At KLO, we process and dispatch your order promptly, so you can glow faster.

  • Order Processing: Orders placed on business days are processed and dispatched the same day or the next business day.

  • Dispatch Notification: Once your order is dispatched, we'll send you an email with your tracking number.

  • Standard Delivery: Typically takes between 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location - rural or remote addresses may take longer.

  • Late Deliveries: If your order hasn't arrived within 7 business days after dispatch, please contact us.

Shipping

Order before 12.00PM NZDT for same day dispatch.

Shipping has an estimated standard delivery time of 3–7 business days.

Fast Shipping is currently unavailable due to high volume demand at Korea Post.

Delivery to rural or remote addresses may take an additional 2–3 business days beyond the standard delivery time.

Please note that orders placed after 1:00 PM NZST on Friday and throughout the weekend will be dispatched on Monday morning.

All orders are shipped via NZ Post, ensuring reliable delivery across New Zealand.

Returns & Refunds

We want every KLO product to help your glow however if a skincare item isn't right for your skin or preferences, you can return it within 30 days of delivery, as long as it’s unused and in its original packaging.

  • Change of mind? Return shipping is on you.
  • Defective or incorrect items? We’ll cover the return shipping.

To start the process, email us at hello@klo.co.nz, and we’ll guide you through the rest.

Once we receive and review your return, we’ll send your refund within a few business days back to your original payment method.
